This is a Lionel 6-65165 O72 Right Hand Remote Control Switch Turnout.
This is designed to work with Lionels O72 wide radius track. This switch features non-derailing operation just like the postwar O22s. If your train is approaching the switch and the switch is thrown the wrong way, the switch will automatically throw to that direction so the oncoming train does not derail. It also features operation from a fixed voltage source instead of track power so you can set your switches regardless of track power. It includes the controller, the fixed voltage plug, the lamp and the direction indicator lantern.
