This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. These locomotives are still in great shape, no apron cracks! There are a few scuffs and scratches on the plastic shells. The wheels & pickups show wear from previous use. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
